Ipsy April 2023 Glam Bag Choice!

Hi guys! Today is choice day for the new Boxy Charm by Ipsy or the Ipsy Glam Bag Plus for April 2023! I'm not overly excited by the choice options that were available but I do like the items that they picked for me as my power picks. What did you pick and what did you think of choice today? My choices weren't the greatest either. I didn't even like my beauty boost. I changed it to something else. You had several things in your choices I would have picked but I didn't have them. Like the IL Makiage Mascara. I have one now, but wouldn't have minded a back up. Also I'd liked to have had the eyelash enhancing serum. But I picked the Sonage vitamin C serum, Fenty Skin, and and the V Kosmetik color corrector. I had the JLo eye cream for my beauty boost but changed it to the Verso facial cream. I did get a few add ons as well but what's funny is the Pat McGrath said it was sold out when I was doing my Boxycharm picks, but when I went back into the addons from my glam bag it was there. So I got 3 of them lol I also got the Tacha skin cream, one of the KAB highlighters, and a detangler brush.

Iam excited they chose the drunk elephant rosy drops for me . I picked up the dry bar dry shampoo & ole Hendricks banana under eye corrector. Iam looking forward to there mega drop shop sale coming up .

I woke up late but I'm not upset I got what I wanted finally paid extra for some things but I'm happy it was available for purchase at least

I was hoping to have the Fenty eyeshadow palette as a choice. But overall happy with my box. I did get the vitamin c

I liked what they chose for me, too. They chose the Saturday skin cream, ND pallete, and the Jlo eye cream. I wanted the fenty beauty lip plumper, but I didn't have it as a choice. They had a fenty eyeshadow palette, but I already received it in another box. They also offered a lys contour stick, but it was too dark for my skin tone. I wasn't really excited about my choices either.

Thanks for sharing! I found it interesting that some of the products in the add-ons were some of the choices for the box! Guess that would be like choosing a second item in the FFF box in the same category.

I feel the same way about the choices not being the greatest. The quiz was definitely reflected in the options. Our box is almost the same with the exception of my 2nd choice being the lys bronzer because my shade was offered. Wanted that pat mini but it sold out so picked up one of the supergoop.

Yeah. My annual membership ended in February and I chose not to renew. With these choices, I’m going to pass on this month and I’m glad I’m not going to be stuck with these choices.

REN is always a good brand you have all the good stuff in add ons, you got to update your beauty quiz . I'm sorry you aren't happy with your choices maybe next month will be better ..update b4 your icon box though I picked for everything to be makeup heavy while still making all my skincare often ect. You should update your quiz it's at the bottom of your now boxycharm and it's different and asks if you want your bag to be more makeup heavy or Skincare heavy or a mix of both..just a FYI ..I had good choices makeup heavy for sure and I just woke up

I had one category that was terrible and ended up getting sponges I don't really need. But I got the DryBar dry shampoo as a power pick which is what I really wanted.

How do you handle the Glam Bag? Do you see you choice and then decide whether to skip or not. I was hoping I could decide after seeing my glam bag, but I guess it's too late then.

U need to update ur quiz big time. My choices were way diff but I also chose in my quiz to have more makeup heavy boxes

Your choices were definitely skincare heavy. Some of us had more makeup other than the no name brand randos.
