1. He just sounded like that the entire stream
2. Mark would never play something he doesn't want to, considering he has refused or stopped playing games before
3. Mark said in a stream that he actually enjoyed his time with FNAF:SB and looks back at it fondly, and is excited to see where the series goes next, regardless of direction.

Tbh, I wish I could be with Mark and just unlearn everything about the Fazbear fanverse and live in blissful ignorance. I love all the fangames, but the amount of unnecessary controversy and drama that gets stirred up on a daily basis is amost comical.
