Great tutorial thanks! Could you also show us how you do changes in the flight plan while enroute for example if you have been assigned different arrival runway and/or STAR?

Great video very nicely done. The Plan fuel on the performance init is in case you are still fuelling the plane when you program the FMC. Like suppose I ask for 8.2 tonnes of fuel and there are only 4.2 tonnes in (I use realistic) Then once you enter the ZFW it would take the 4.2 tonnes that are in the tanks to do all the calculation. If now you were to enter 8.2 tonnes in the plan field, then you are telling the FMC that there are 4.2 tonnes in the tank, but that it should do the computations with 8.2 tonnes since that is what you will have at ramp brake release
