The Bible verse that says angels can walk among us unaware is Hebrews 13:2, which states, "Be not forgetful to entertain strangers, for thereby some have entertained angels unawares".
They can take on other physical forms. This is no problem for these angelic beings.

I'm 60 years old and was brought by the best mom and dad who made sure I had the correct foundation. I have heard about aliens almost all of my life. I've seen a few alien movies but they never held much Interest for me.Just this past year I started hearing about aliens actually being demons. It was that episode of Joe Rogan with Tucker Carlson. I'm not a Rogan watcher but I do enjoy Tucker Carlson's new channel. As soon as I heard Tucker speak about this it was like boom! It all made sense! I never believed aliens were a real thing so I never wasted any time thinking about it. When I heard about all these cases being ended with the mention of Jesus Christ, it's even more obvious. What I don't understand is why our house of Representatives just had another hearing about aliens just the other day!!!

Answer to your title- Demons need host bodies. Sometimes, those bodies are created, unnaturally, for the Demon to inhabit. Simple.

When I was in Bible School I awoke in a frozen (paralyzed) state with an incredible feeling of terror and dread. I couldn't speak, but in my mind I kept saying Jesus until I was able to speak and it fled.

Another time on a mission trip to Thailand, i awoke from a demonic nightmare. I remember the missionary I was working with saying that we should study 1 John to understand spiritual warfare, so I opened up my Bible and started reading out loudly 1 John and soon a dark shadow flew out of my apartment over my head.

I think believing in demons is way stranger and more far fetched than the idea of other physical beings such as ourselves on another planet in the universe.
To think that there is not other beings like us out there is absurd to me.
