Generic weapon customization system that based on 3d mesh bone naming automatically adds attachment points for weapon accessories.
The weapon accessory functionality varies from simple mash attachment through attachment that modify weapon characteristics upon attachment, accessories that add additional attachment points and interactive accessories that respond to player input.
Written in C++ and required minor engine changes.

Why nobody makes a tutorial for such a thing?

Is there a way of setting this up so you can physically move the attachment location? like the e.g. moving the sight further away or a flashlight or laser to be mounted on either side of the gun or underneath...??? I don't suppose you have played the Ground Branch, they got this exact customization system.
