Well Mt Storm King at Olympic National Park, Washington was a challenge! Come join me, Paul, Lu and Dan as we try to hike this steep trail! There is about a 10 to 15 minute walk to get to the actual Mt Storm King trail. We then began the hike, and it is steep. There was a lot of switch backs to make it to the tippy top. The views along the way were beautiful and we made sure to stop and enjoy the scenery. We had to wait for some of our group to get to the top that's how hard this hike is however once we were all together we tackled the rope section. We may had someone chicken out in the group however we had to keep on going. We finally had to climb up a rock and we were at the top! These views were so so phenomenal. We chilled up there for half an hour and then made the descent down the mountain. The whole hike took about 4 hours with a break here and there. So if you are up for a hike that will push your limits, then this one is for you. We recommend this trail at Olympic!!
