Even as someone that's not really a handyman type, you'd be surprised how many uses a laser measure can handle. My wife and I just moved into a new apartment and they were surprised at the furniture store when I had a little map drawn of the apartment with all the precise measurements, all ready to go. Thanks Bosch!

Also this video answered a question that not even Bosch's website answered, this laser pointer measures from the BACK of the device, not the front. Super handy to know. I know there's an icon on the left side of the device but since I'm not a handyman I had no idea what that actually meant.
