Life is crazy, 3 years ago 9/19/19 I was down 40 lbs and ruptured my achilles playin ball. It took me to a very dark place and I was broke and couldn't afford surgery. One day in thw shower I broke down and never felt lower in my life and God came to me and put His hand on my shoulder and told me I would never be the same. This gave me peace and from that day on I walked in faith. I really believed the Lord would heal me with a full achilles rupture!! and He did! With no choice I had to go the non surgical route which is a lot longer and harder process than surgery. During that time I went through periods where I could not even see a future or hope of better days. I gained the weight I lost back and some. Got a bloodclot in my lung that almost killled me silently from the trauma of the achilles rupture. This year in March I put my fear of re injury to the side and commited myself in my fitness journey. to date i'm down 38 lbs and probably the best shape physically in my life with the weight i'm lifting. I'm commited and know this is just the beginning. Btw that dark time also put my back against the wall in my career and ended up being blessed in sales and making money I thought I would never see. Embrace the hard times and understand everything is temporary. Allow the trials and tribulations to mold you. God is great, He has a plan for us all. Feed off that ambition in your heart. Leave it all out on this earth, life is so short.
