district/Tattoo studio.
2) 72 Pleasant Street at 72-80 Pleasant Street (Parcel ID # 052 274 407) Permit
Application # CMID-064854-2024/§12.12.130, MCC/ To allow kennel use in Central
Business zoning district/To add overnight boarding services for dogs & cats at
existing dog/pet daycare business.
IV. PUBLIC MEETING. (Order of items to be determined by Chairman)

Planning Board Governing Subdivision of Land.
1) 0 State Highway (Parcel ID # 185 575 506) Permit Application # CMID-066920-
2024)/Application for Tentative Approval of Preliminary Plan and request for
Waivers of Submission Requirements, Section IV.C.2, Section IV.C.2.e & Section
IV.C.2.h, and Waiver of Design Standards, Section V.C.3/To subdivide 14.36 acres
at the western end of Overlook Ridge Drive to create four new lots and one parcel.
