Thanks for the video and the plugins hints. I truly see their benefits. But I struggle to see any benefit of the Master plugin shown at 9:00 .
I can do the same workflow with native functions in the same amount or even less steps:
1. Select the group or frame which shall get an instance of a component which we are about to create.
2. Make it a component (⌥ ⌘ K)
3. Copy (⌘ C)
4. Move the component away off your current screen-frame to the neutral canvas area. Or there's even a command to sent it to the team library right away AFAIR.
5. Paste ⌘ V will paste an instance of the component you just created at the exact same co-ordinates as it was.

Hey Mizko, I love Figma but thinking of moving to Framer for a try. What's your thought of what framer is offering in terms of using it for design system for a small team? Does it have enough plugins to support the comprehensive work?

Is the master plugin worth it? Can't you just create the master, duplicate the master and you'll have an instance?
