Tosca can't replace selenium.
There are many AI based tools which can but it takes lot of time as the tools are expensive.

Selenium is not a tool... Its a Jar.. Its a programming language.... That is why it open source... And if you will use any tool u will be charged some amount.
So why client invest money on tool if we can do automation in programing language in java selenium or other...
