Asphalt 9 - How to fix Not Opening/Showing an Error code Problem in Windows PC [Solved]

If you see an error like below when you are opening Asphalt 9 : Legends. Here's the fix
"Asphalt 9: Legends is currently not available in your account. Here's the error code, in case you need it: 0x803F8001"

My solution was to run the Windows PushToInstall Service under Windows -> Services -> Scroll down to WindowsPushToInstall -> right click -> run/ execute.

Try to run Asphalt 9 again!

If I open it it automatically closes and didint show any error codes

When i try to run it, it's a black screen with the gameloft logo and after that it closes. No error or anything. I've tried uninstalling and installing again, but nothing happened.. Can anyone help? Thanks :) And also, on mobile it works fine for me.. on pc it doesn't.
