Explanation for those who didn't quite understand it.
1. Perfect run gives nitro when you don't touch the edges of the map for 10 seconds. So touching the wall on purpose will reset the timer and if you time it well you will gain nitro in just the right time. Don't bother trying this unless you are very late game player cuz it's very map specific and corner specific.
2. Trick No. 2 is connected to how the game perceives whether or not the car is in the air. If the car is in the air but very close to ground, then the game will consider it as touching the ground and won't grant the increased top speed. However, somehow if you do a short drift the car kinda floats a little giving more space between the wheels and the ground. This is just my deduction though.
3. Really not sure about this one. Just try to do it I guess since it works. But again why a little bit of jump usually will not grant extra top speed is already explained in 2.
4. Call it what you like but this trick is more like forcing the car to point at the right angle for a good corner entry and well, racing lines win races, even in unrealistic A9.
5. Rednycto said it well: nitro punch extends the duration of the so called "float" giving higher drift speed for a longer duration.

This game is sick on the switch.
I'm getting far without spending money and using the currency wisely by upgrading a single car a time when I need that edge to beat a race in story and moving on. So far the game is very "Fair" with lower refuel time and extra packs when completing side races compared to the official worldwide version. I'm sure nintendo made them do that 😅
