Seems like a good idea to make a YouTube video to attract potential customers who are thinking about moving to Fargo. Is it working? I might be moving to the Urban Plains area and renting, but I've seen some pretty cool townhomes going up in that area. They are probably spendy though, I noticed a few on Zillow for north of $300k. The apartments are expensive to rent as well, if you want one that's a bit more upscale. Maybe that area is just expensive but it would be close to work so there's a convenience tradeoff. Is the Scheels arena worth mentioning?

Average house is probably realistically 320 and you better add 300 to 800 a month for property tax and specials.

Entry jobs pay $16 a hour. You can rent a one bedroom apartment in a house turned into apartments for $600. Stay away from moldy basement apartments. No skill jobs mostly employ new immigrants. Lots of homeless here. If you can’t deal with the corporate mold job, it is a nightmare. Will be another Minneapolis in 5 years. Terrible traffic. Eating out is expensive. Public transportation not reliable. If if snows bus stops running at sunset. Never on time and buses full of homeless. Nice thing, everyone is equal and accepted here. Man wearing a dress walking downtown is ok. Hard to make friends. People keep to themselves.
