Nice vlog Jira. I remember you visited the condo behind this one, with Jonny. The price was more affordable there, with a nice roof space, but no sauna. I once visited an Austrian steam/sauna aqua centre, just over the border from South Germany. I was followed by a local woman who was very beautiful. She was teasing me, as she knew I was a shy Englishman lol.

Hi jira you have some good stock but I agree with comments from jerry cardinal. Condo is high end and price also. Not a good investment as is the case here in Melbourne apartments are not a viable investment . Prefer a villa around 5mill baht . Best wishes John Dorbolo Melbourne
