Spruce Goose @ Evergreen Aviation & Space Museum: THIS PLACE IS INSANE! One of the best aviation and space museums collections in the world is here in McMinnville, Oregon. It is home to the famed and world's largest aircraft the Spruce Goose, along with many other interesting aircraft like the SR-71 and the X-38. There is an excellent cross section of aviation history aircraft from many countries too.

It is a MUST SEE place for the aviation enthusiast!

Wow what a museum. That spruce goose really is something l need to YouTube/google it. I have seen a lot of video's on Oregon (l would like to go myself one day) but l have never seen this museum. Thanks for sharing 👍😃

Been by several times to and fro the O Coast. Must stop in one day to get a nice GOOSE. In the meantime, we have the museum of flight here which is pretty something too. You're sure having a nice trip. What's it been now? Close to three weeks. Take care...

Although it has a few unique aircraft, it pales in comparison to the National Museum of the USAF at Wright-Patterson AFB in Dayton, OH. You need to get east of the Mississippi sometime.

Factoid the airport at mcminnville back in the 70s used to be listed as an alternate for Portland population at that time was about 12000 and evergreen was one of the first
