That magic trick from Rescue to Swiss tool was VERY Cool 👍

Cut a opening behind the velcro parts on both parts gives you extra pouches behind could store a lot more gear, id also sew the back loop closed on the bottom and use either a tie cord put in with four holes to close it or even sew strips of velcro to close tight then you have a third extra storage area with minimal to no chance of losing gear .

thank you for your video. I have the same pouch and already had whistle & firesteel added as you had. But the idea with the velcro/toothpick/tweezers and the sharpening steel is great! thank you!!

Great ideas. I just bought one of these pouches and I’ll have to them out. I’ve also found a small ferrocerium rod will fit inside the pouch with a 130mm knife.

You could either velcro shut the bottom of the extra hole or super glue it shut. You can always cut the super glue later if you want to carry it the other way.
