I don't know if this would contribute to anyone's theory, but the scene from 0:30-0:32, it almost feels like VYT-24 sees Minako as the mastermind with everything going on so far, and the one "coding" things (rather controlling things), so that the people around her would be the way she wants them to be. Reminds me of that one community post Vivinos posted where Monika was in Minako's outfit.

Edit: I cant stop rewatching it, I'm so in love with the song they made (or help make/compose) in this. If only there was a full version of it...

My theory is that from 0:26 we can see how Minako sees the world/her friends (the scene starts with Minako looking through a lens). There is a duality between the happy, pink/sparky moment where Gyaruko's face is deleted that turns into a murderous red when she reappears (Minako wishes to get rid of her and replace her, perhaps? Maybe because she's jealous of her charisma/popularity). At the end we see Minako with a brain behind her that moves frantically (maybe symbolizing her mental instability/illness)

OK so I have a theory! This video could possibly be the last things VYT saw before getting killed by Minako... hear me out... knowing the 3 girls were probably killed around the same time from older videos and VYT was last, the scenes in this video could be a representation of basically how your life flashes before your eyes before you die. The glitchy atmosphere is reminiscent of a computer or technological device crashing or erroring and we see VYT seeing scenes such as Charlotte or possibly Minako from the Charlotte video firing the gun and in the shot with the camera we see the scene of Charlotte's bear from the video with her death scene. The thing that cemented this idea is that VYT was probably putting together the pieces of their friend group's past experiences and realizes that Minako was always envious and wanted to basically replace them all or something of the sort especially when seeing how emphasized Minako and Gyaruko's relationship was in this video in particular. We know Minako wanted to be like Gyaruko and even wore her clothes after she killed her but VYT being a robot is now processing this data and understanding Minako was bad all along and was always shady but now it is too late because at the end Minako approaches her as well happy to end her.

SO SORRY IF THIS SOUNDED CONFUSING BUT I DID MY BEST TO EXPLAIN IT 💀 I might come back and edit this later to add more of my theory, timestamps and more details about the references to older videos 💖💖 thanks!

my thoughts: as always, this video is incredible and packed with meaning. i do think that gyaruko is probably the only realy person. vyt24 is the personification of either the internet or her phone, and charlotte is of minakos own obsession (or something similar, like ego, innocence, hidden darkness). my final theory at the end.

with the first solo shots of each girl, i noticed that minako and gyaruko have no 'light up' effect. well, charlottes eyes and globe do, as well as vyts two crystals. both of those are located at the head and heart, so interesting! also, minako is the only one where we see both her eyes straight on. its a really unsettling and cool choice. we know that both minako and gyaruko as definitely real, but gyaruko is now dead, and minako is likely 'dead inside.' so, the other two are different somehow.

after the girls get their individual shots, the first thing we see is minako at a distance, by herself, and with a preojector behind her playing her life. then it's solo shots, and now its minako and gyaruko. the projector is between them, ad what plays first is a clip from gyaruko talk (a somewhat lighthearted video focused on the two of them). right after, the projector show the old minako, and holds this for a comparatively longer time. i think this signifies that while the two girls do have a relationship between them, the biggest thing is the the so-called 'old' minako.

vyts crystal breaks. we get a small clip of charlottes video and right after there is a shot of a camera lens, then of minako holding the camera to eye level. aka, shes viewing this as an outsider, rather than a friend (though we knew that already). btw, this is also something we see in pink bitch club, where we are intoduced to minako holding a camera, then never again! it seemed lighthearted at the time, and we know she posts pictures form the minakos room video. somehow it seems more sinister now.

the shot of the girls walking is important too! first, gyarukos face is censored, then charlotte gets a black and red silhouette, the vyt24 seems to explode. gyaruko was shot in the face (seen in 0:35 and in other videos) . charlotte (i may have this wrong) lost her innocence/purity, and her video was black and red themed. vyt... died? maybe? haha the point is each is shown with their 'death.' then, simultaneous with vyts death, we see a closer shot of minako, who is staring at them. we also see a glitchy brain spinning in the background. then, surprisingly, its minako with strings of code shown! its an unexpected deviation to vyts robotic efffects. somehow, vyt and minako are more closely connected than we thought.

also with that shot: the way the girls are positioned tells a lot! gyaruko is at the front, leading the pack (we love our confident girl!). however, shes looking back at charlotte and talking excitedly. charlotte is next in line, closely following. she has a soft smile on her face. vyt is a little further away, blankly staring ahead. this is a good lineup for whos the 'most' to the 'least' human. then theres minako, who is staring at them with no expression. i would have thought in this progression, vyt would be last, since shes the actual robot. well, minakos the 'psycho' here. i wanna point out the difference between here and in pink bitch club, where we see a similar shot of minako laughing with charlotte, with vyt a little further in front. then minako finds shes alone, and we are intoduced to the depressed version of minako. after all this, the result is no different from the past, and minako is not different from how she was.

next is minako 'thinking' and the projector behind her showing her friends. gyaruko, then charlotte, then vyt. actually.. dont they stand in that order nearly all the time? except significant moments ( like the shots described above) that seems to be their default. now why would that be? the next shot the projector displays is of minako and gyaruko, but slowly degrades to the last moments of gyarukos life. we see her being shot in the head. but, for a reason, this is shown backwards (explosion and gun pierce, to her scared face). i think this is significant, and actually lines up the timeline a bit.

also, the differences between pink bitch club and cherry club is meaningful too, i think. with the four boys there are lots of differences to the girls, but it seems to me that vermouth is the most different. minako and minato are the same seemingly cheerful type with darkness under the surface. gyaruko and gyaruo are both confident, true to themselves, and strong people in their own ways. vyt24 and r18 are a little different, with r18 being more abrasive and vyt24 more docile and helpful. still, charlotte presents herself as (what i would describe as) goth lolita, where her accessory is a stuffed animal. in contrast, vermouth is goth, but with a snake as an accessory. now, snakes in relation to christianity (charlottes video) basically imply temptation of some kind. considering vermouth and r18 are likely minatos personification of his own mind, it makes sense theyre the only ones different. for whatever reason, his 'obsession' has more of an undercurrent of desire. that why i think minato is with gyaruo in his shot, and alone in 'vermouths' shot. (and similarly, r18s shot hat minato and gyaruo in the background, while vermouth gets his own shot. minato is living by his desires to sleep with gyaruo.) meanwhile, charlotte seems more childish, or maybe 'pure.' she simply wants to be loved, i think. to have a friend, and such.

btw, the fact that this is called psychodelic, as a reference to halluconigenic drugs that alter your mind is so genius.

here's what i think. minako was a depressed, but smart girl. like another commenter said, she puts the 'psycho' in psychodelic. she had no motivation, nothing to really live for. she spent her time on her phone/the internet (vyt) and wanted nothing (charlotte is close by). somehow (online or in real life) she meets gyaruko and becomes obsessed. basically, gyaruko gets tired and uncomfortable with the attention. this is how vyt loses her heart. her ego (charlotte) likely would not stand for this rejection (she serves her god, minako). (as we've seen, charlotte is the one to pull a trigger.) this is how charlotte loses her 'innocence' (ripped/burned stuffed animal). this is then how gyaruko dies, pocho the dog possibly eats some of the corpse. minako buries gyaruko under the guise of pochos death, and takes gyarukos characteristics. she is still obsessed, i imagine. why else would she keep thinking about it, right?

‘Bitch’ means a female dog. The fact that Pochi plays a significant part here and when the screen glitches out you can see that Gyaruko’s face has been replaced with that of a dog’s?

A dog’s nature is to eat. It licks, it tastes, and when you drop a bread, it eats. It’s so easy for a dog to try and devour everything. Just like in this video, the word “Minako will pig out” refers to Minako wanting to eat. So perhaps, Pochi and Minako are essentially the same. Pochi is a manifestation of her personality- or what she desires in a personality- cute, loyal, and obedient pet. In other videos of Gyaruko and Charlotte, even VYT seems to include these traits. Gyaru wanted to keep the white kitten as her pet, just for Gyaru herself to somewhat be the one rescued by Minako instead. Perhaps, as a pet? Charlotte viewed Minako as a goddess. Perhaps, they have the same type of relationship. VYT is obviously her maid, or rather, a ‘pet’. The functions they serve are being something obedient to Minako.

Perhaps Minako’s idea of ‘friends’ are twisted. Even though she mentions the ‘pink bitch club’, the only person dressed in pink is her? This further proves that she is the ‘bitch’, AKA a version of Pochi. It could be that her inability to get others under her control as they were obviously not wearing the same things as her made her angry.

Another fact is that Minako could’ve killed Gyaruko after the ‘Gyaru talk’ video. That’s why Gyaruko was so scared. Minako was angry because she proposed ideas of hanging out, etc. But Gyaruko gave feedbacks that weren’t obedient to her. It defied her image of a ‘true friend’, which is quite similar to that of a pet. Thus, Minako killed her. Gyaruko wanted to pet a white cat and rescue it, but it ended up biting her, but ended up cuddling with her after a while. The same thing could’ve happened with Minako- Gyaruko refused her help at first, but then became loving towards her. This made Minako believe Gyaruko would be obedient to her, causing her to be obsess over Gyaruko because she’s the only one that fits her ideal friend imagination. But one thing is clear- a cat is opposite to a dog. A dog is loyal, caring, but a cat, while it could be extremely clingy and loving, has a mind of its own (usually). It would usually be less obedient and it reflects Gyaruko’s personality as we can see in ‘Gyaru talk’- Gyaru is not soft and is blunt with her words. She states her opinions clearly and she is not the one that’d just go “what do I think of this? Oh of course it’s good!” But rather her actual opinion, but she also still loves Minako. Minako cannot understand this. Minako thinks that a friend is obedient and will praise her no matter what, and it completely shatters Minako’s image of Gyaruko, killing her because she thinks Gyaruko is not her friend.

Similarly, Minako could’ve been upset with Charlotte for worshipping another goddess that isn’t her previously, therefore killing her. It could also be because of Charlotte’s fondness of her bunny. Minako wanted the attention absolutely to herself. Not to mention that in Charlotte’s sing, on of the runes that were written were of her father saying how much he loves her. This could also upset Minako because she wanted Charlotte all for herself. Charlotte also praises her, it’s just like what Minako wanted with Gyaruko. Praises, love, and total obsession over her.

VYT was somewhat rebellious to Minako, and I think by far she’s the most symbolistic and metaphoric character. The thing that differs from VYT than other characters is that she is not portrayed to have emotions until later on. We can see that VYT did have emotions prior, as seen in her song. This suggests that Minako wanted a friend. Dogs, pets, they have emotional bonds with their master. A friend which lacks true emotions to another is no friend. This could’ve been the reason why Minako programmed VYT to have emotions yet maintain her obedience. However, emotions eventually led VYT to have a mind of her own, to want love, to want to find her ‘prince charming’, and to be infatuated with things that isn’t Minako. This upsets Minako- removing VYT’s abilities to feel emotions, restarting VYT into a new VYT- an emotionless but obedient one that’d follow commands. In the end when she removed VYT’s heart, it was out of anger because VYT lacked emotions, but anyone with emotions would obviously not follow her obediently like a pet.

Thus it’s called the pink bitch club. She wanted them to be like dogs, to be her dogs. She’s pink, and the colour could symbolise her absolute control/dictatorship in this ‘friend group.’ After all, why couldn’t it be yellow bitch club or blue bitch club? It had to be pink because it is Minako’s favourite colour. It shows her she is self-centred and doesn’t consider her friends, making it more like a master-pet relationship.

For the ‘Minako will pig out’ part- we can see that Minako would sometimes dress up like them. Perhaps ‘pigging out’ could mean pretending to be like them, or completely exploiting them. Again, Minako’s ideas of friendship is twisted. Like I said before, a dog tends to eat everything, and that’s possibly Minako pushing the same idea to her friends. To accept anything she gives them. Perhaps their clothing styles are assigned to them by her. It could be that it’s the reason why she said ‘pig out’- because it’s what she enjoys- fashion, dressing up. Pink is the colour of a main character in shows specifically designed for younger, female audiences. Side characters would usually have other colours, but often they have extremely distinct but appealing colour scheme. Of course, Minako would want to be the protagonist- the leader of every generic magical girls show. We can see Pochi dressed in a magical girl costume once in the PBC MV. So really, her ‘pigging out’ would explain her assigning them their clothes and colours as well as herself, because she enjoys it and assumes they would too.

Okay, interesting things I noticed:
1) Maybe it's just an animation mistake but look on shoes girls are supposed to wear in this costumes on 0:09 none of them are same shoes that Guaruko wears on 0:23 (l'm not speaking about Minako 'cause she wears the PBC video outfit, maybe it's some elaborate metaphor on Guaruko moving on while Minako stays the same idk)
2)And also, I guess, the fact that on 0:25 Minako literally filming how (Charlotte?) kills her father, but It's not that important
3) This red thing on 0:24 I think is a part of robot girl's mask, 'cause it doesn't seem like other girls wear such things and it appears right before robot girl, maybe it suggest that she was killed first? Or like mentally shattered?

근데 뭔가 사이버틱한 그런게 있음. 그리고 중간에 다 클로즈업할 때 vvt-24만 먼가 달랐음. 내 개인적인 생각으로는 아마도 vvt에 관한 무언가가 나오지 않을까 싶음..

+ 미나코 첫 영상이 막혀있어서 추측이 안 됐는데 다른 분이 올려주셔서 뭔가 알아낸것이 있음.
일단 포치가 생각보다 중요한 역할이라는 것, 포치가 누군가를 잡아먹었다는/죽였다는 것?(이건 좀 충격인데 미나코의 방 영상을 보면 중간에 글씨가 엄청나게 쓰여져 있는 컷이 있음. 보면 미나코는 물 것이다, 미나코는 게걸스럽게 먹어치울것이다, 모두 다 미나코다, 포치는 물 것이다, 포치는 게걸 스럽게 먹어치울 것이다, 모두 다 포치다... 뭐 이딴 말들이 광적으로 써있음. 그 다음엔 에러가 뜨면서 컷들이 빨리 지나가는데 일일이 멈춰보면
(첫번째: 미나코와 갸루코가 있는 사진-갸루코 얼굴만 글리치/
두번째: 포치가 누군가의 팔을 물고 있는 사진-그냥 아예 팔이 절단 됨/
세 번째: 미나코가 갸루코의 의상을 입은 사진-뒤에 갸루코가 죽어있는 듯한? 정확하지는 않음)
이렇게 나오는데 여기서 두번째 컷으로 인해 포치가 누군가를 죽였을 수도 있겠다는 결론이 나옴(그냥 죽인거란 소리).
근데 이상한 건 첫번째 컷과 세번째 컷인데 아무리 생각해봐도 갸루코 의상을 미나코가 입고있었다는 것과 갸루코 얼굴이 글리치 처리 되었다는것은 미나코->갸루코 죽임 이라고 밖에 생각되지 않음. 여기서 미나코는 갸루코의 스타일이 부러워서 죽인거라고 생각될수도 있지만 나는 뭔가 이쯤에서 포치와 연관되었다고 봄.... 여기서부터는 진짜 갠적인 추측인데
1.포치가 vvt나 샤를로트에게 해를 가해서 갸루코가 포치를 죽임->미나코가 갸루코 죽임
2. 미나코가 포치를 시켜 갸루코를 죽게함(아까도 말했듯이 갸루코 스타일이 부러워서)
대충 이렇게 생각해봤는데 더가능성이 있는 쪽은 2번인것 같음. 아무래도 지금까지의 핑비클 영상들의 떡밥을 겉어낼 수 있는 건 2번이니깐?

어쨌든 여기까지 포치가 중요하다는 뭔가가 있는 것 같고 마지막으로 말하자면 미나코의 방 영상 초반부에 보면 미나코의 일상 얘기가 나옴. 거기서 포치가 미나코 곁에 오게 된지 약 한달만에 세상을 떠남. 좀 당황스럽게 됐는데 미나코가 포치의 소식을 알린 뒤, 이틀 뒤에 갑자기 파르페가 먹고싶다는 개소리를 지껄임. 그다음 또 한 달쯤? 지났나 싶었을 때 좀 이상한 포스팅이 올라옴 -> "얘들아 혹시 고기를 빨리 땅에서 썩게하려면 어떻게 해야 할까?"->>(고기: 시체인듯)
한 마디로 시체가 생겼다는거고 누군가가 죽었다는 것인데 시점을 잘 보면 포치가 죽은게 4월 쯤이었음 근데 시체 얘기는 약 한달 뒤? 5월 며칠 쯤에 포스팅됨. 그러니까 이 한달 동안 어떤 살인이 일어났다는건데 *자세히 생각해보니 한참 위에서 말한 포치가 갸루코를 죽였다는 말은 설명이 안되는것 같음. 그럼 포치를 누군가가 죽였긴 했다는건데(한달 만에 자연사는 불가능) 딱히 포치를 죽일만한 인물이 없음. 어쩌면 미나코가 갸루코를 죽이고 그 시체를 포치에 먹게 한 걸수도 있음(위에서 포치는 게걸스럽게 먹어울거야 등의 말)*

하지만 다 부정확한 얘기기 때문에 잠시 넘어가고 그 샬롯 테마 영상에 후반부에 보면 미나코와 포치가 살롯을 찾아옴. 아마 첫만남이라고 예상되는데 그때 포치가 살아있었다는건 4월 부터 5 월 그 사이 한달간 샬롯을 만났다는것. 아직 나오지는 않았지만 vvt도 그 사이 쯤이 아닐까 예상되고 미나코와 갸루코는 이미 전에 만난게 포스팅이 되었었으니까 시점이 어느정도 맞춰짐. 내가 알아낸건 여기까진데 캐릭터의 개인적인 테마까지 알아보면 너무 길어질것 같아서 이쯤하겠음. 그리고 단순히 진짜 개인적인 해석임.
+ 핑비클 영상중 미나코의 방 다음 영상을 다시 봤는데 또 알아낸것이 있어서 적음. 영상 후반부에 여러 효과들이 겹치면서 혼란스러운 파트가 있을텐데 거기서 자세히 보면 포치가 뭔가를 쫓아가는게 보임. 진짜 1초도 안걸릴 시간에 포치가 잠시 나타나는데 멈추면 포치가 vvt의 심장으로 추정되는 것을 쫓는다는것을 알수있음. 그리고 이 파트가 끝나면 미나코를 제외한 나머지가 모두 죽은채로 나오는데 vvt심장을 누군가가 파먹은 듯하게 나오는걸 봐선 끔찍하지만 포치가 vvt 심장을 먹거나 죽인걸수도 있음.
(그리고 전에 포치가 누군가의 팔을 물고 있다고 말했는데 핑비클 두번째 영상에 갸루코가 죽어있는 장면에선 오른쪽 손이 없음;;손이라서 불확실하지만 이건 좀 보류해볼 문제인것 같음)
+자꾸 수정할게 생겨서 그렇긴 한데 글 위에서 말한 포치가 샬롯과 vvt에게 해를 가해서 갸루코가 포치를 죽였고 그걸 본 미나코가 갸루코를 살해했다고도 어느정도 말이 되는게, 무슨 이유에서인지 모르겠지만 포치가 vvt나 살롯 중에서 심장과 팔을 뜯어갔다고 쳤을때 vvt의 심장을 쫓았다는것을 봤을때 절단된 팔의 정체는 샬롯의 것일수도 있음. 이러면 어느정도 샬롯과 vvt의 죽음이 설명이 됨. 하지만 확신이 안되는건, 왜 포치가 그들을 죽였는지가 안 설명됨.. 이 설명이 되기 전까지는 1번 가설이 맞는지는 잘 모르겠음..
+바로 위에서 왜 죽였는지는 자세히 생각해보니 핑비클의 본질적인 문제가 있다는걸 생각못함...

+핑비클 두번째 영상 보면 샬롯의 인형팔 한쪽이 뜯어져 있는걸 볼수있음. 영상 초반부에
각자를 상징하는 물건들이 차례로 나오는데
샬롯의 인형이 나온걸 봐선 포치가 샬롯을 죽인것같음
+잘못 알아낸게 있는데 갸루코가 죽은 시점이 훨씬 전인것 같음. 미나코의 방 영상에서 급속도 로 지나가는 컷들중 세번째 컷에 갸루코가 죽어있는 모습으로 추정되는 것이 있다고 했는데 영상 초반에 그 컷에 미나코만 나온 부분이 날짜가 포치가 죽기 직전의 시점이었어서... 한마디로 갸루코가 포치를 죽였다고는 할 수 없게되었음...
그리고 미처 못 쓴 부분이 있었는데 마지막에 미나코도 자살한듯한 무언가가 있었음.

정리하면

미나코를 포함한 핑비클이 만들어짐(이 전에 모인 스토리가 있겠지만 아직 모르겠음)
->미나코가 갸루코의 스타일을 부러워함-> 갸루코 죽임(포치를 시킨건지는 잘 모름)
->vvt와 샬롯의 스타일을 부러위함-> 포치를 시켜 vvt와 샬롯을 죽임-> 그리고 의문의 사고로 포치 죽음->죄책감이나 어떤 또다른 문제로 인한지는 모르겠지만 미나코 자살
