I just tried my best to block his pathway just to carjack him and pushed him to the lake (also took his faster car too)

i have no idea. but somehow i got this achievement right when he left the gate. like, as soon as the chase started the achievement just popped up and it carried on like he died.

Heard they had a bug that would stop you from pushing the guy in with the car
