Decarbonization in the Built Environment

The migration of our society to a low-carbon environment is key to mitigating climate change and achieving collective benefits for our communities, our environment, our economy and our quality of life. It requires the deployment of technical solutions, the establishment of supportive policies, the development of financing programs, and the development of partnerships, working across sectors of our society and economy. Now, more than ever, it requires words to be put into action.

To support these efforts, the University of Regina invites you to attend an introductory Seminar on the upcoming Symposia series “Decarbonising the Built Environment”. This seminar will provide an overview of the upcoming Symposia series, including background information, the goals of the symposia and expected outcomes, in the Saskatchewan context.
