What grind size are you using?

Which portafilter basket are you using?

I can see it's a double espresso, but I can't tell if it's a pressurized basket or not.

Also, how long did you set the pre-infusion time for?

I’m using Goppion Speciale Bar Espresso beans and I’ve noticed that when grinding at level 4–5 and using a non-pressurized basket, the pressure during extraction isn't high enough — even when using a puck screen.
However, with a pressurized basket, the pressure seems fine and I get crema on top.

But with this kind of machine, I would expect it to work properly with either basket.

Any ideas what might be going wrong on my side?

Pressure pump when steaming stops after 2 sec on a new machine. Ive read the instructions so NOW I am very UNHAPPY.. AM I the only one that have this ISSUE? DO I have to open it and see if there are some MISASSEMBLING stuff here.. IT steams a LOT when too HOT and tries to cool down, as it do very vell.. WHAT to do?

I seem to have the upgraded pressure gauge with the bar reading you get on the h10 plus. But i can't seem to get around 9 bars no matter how coarse i grind. The pressure always shoots beyond the green zone..
