I was diagnosed and given Ritalin 20 years ago. But that was it. I was given no guidance or insight as to how ADD convoluted my life. In the past year, watching you tube, I’ve come to recognize all sorts of behaviors that used to wear me out emotionally. Now that I am aware I just laugh and can consciously redirect. When that gets to be too much I relax and allow my brain to just do its thing knowing I’ll get back on track when I’m rested. I’m 70 years old. Life is a lot more fun now.
BTW, I subscribed less than half way thru. You present what you say so clearly. Thank you.
