Personally, I'm a sucker for melodies but I love how those screams feel and sound like. Shaun still sounds great but he's 45 and I can imagine that screaming like that isn't as easy as when he was in his 20's. I wonder if he ever thinks _"Why did I write this song like this? Why am I doing this to myself?"_ 🥵
