48X Complex Surgery Center Groundbreaking at UC Davis Health

UC Davis Health held a ceremonial groundbreaking for its new 48X Complex surgery center. The $579 million project is so named because the center will encompass the entire block at 48th and X Streets in Sacramento (between 48th and 49th, and X and Y). It’s one of several construction projects happening right now on the UC Davis Health campus to improve its already world-class care for patients across the region.
