I can't not believe in three years time, only one comment has been posted on this Video. My name is Tom Burnette, i am semi retire now, but have 30 years in Laser operation experience most of which fortunately was with Trumpf Lasers. I have been blessed with the opportunity to work for company's that have sent me off to the the training center in Connecticut for training multiple times, two operator classes, advanced operator, Maintenance as well as Programming. Trumpf has "in my opinion" the best maintenance and technical support team in the business'.
There were many really good Trump Tech's that I've been privileged to work with in class as well as on our Laser's but the one that stands out the Most is Dan Nietzel. The most knowledgeable and experience Tech they have there.

Thanks Dan for all the help you had given me and my companies in the past. Keep up the good work.
