It is 90 mph for passenger. Freight can only get up to 70. so 70 for freight. 90 for passenger.

1st, So we've just seen a aerial view of this crossing so how the heck do you not see a train coming when it's on a long straight away?!?!?
2nd, freakin common sense should tell you Oh hey, two pieces of steel that huge heavy machinery travels on should give you a heads up, something might be happening here. Smh....

I can't wait to see the dashcam footage

I am surprised there was not a temporary flight restriction here. Excellent drone footage work, but I am stunned the FAA didn't put up a TFR over this tragic scene.
