I appreciate this. I just started learning about the 3 principles from a woman who healed of many chronic conditions after discovering the 3 principles. I was starting to have some symptoms tonight and listening to you made so much sense. It helped me to calm allowing my mind and body to be in the best state possible for healing where in the past I created so much fear around my symptoms only further ramping up my nervous system and all of the chemicals that get produced when we are in an anxious state. I look forward to watching your other videos!
