6th point :- customer Service of Amazon is far better than Flipkart.
7th point :- Flipkart recently added charges for cod, return, cancellation while there is no such charges on Amazon.

From my experience i will prefer 10/10 for Amazon and
Flipkart 1/10 only if any mobile deal I want to buy is available cheaper than Amazon.

विवेक सर ऐसा नहीं, मेरा Experience Flipkart और Amazon से करीब 12/13 साल से हैं, ईधर एक साल के अंदर मैंने flipkart से एक साल पुराने 3/4 product मैं issues आने पर मैंने Replenishment और Refund भी लिया है और यहां तक भी हुआ कि flipkart ने पैसे भी refund किए और Product भी नहीं लिया, हाँ थोड़ा समय लगता है जो Amazon पर नहीं लगते परंतु कस्टमर को चुना लगाने मैं दोनों मैं से कोई कम नहीं है

The good thing about Flipkart is that they deliver the order very quickly than the estimated delivery date but the worst thing about Amazon is that they deliver the product on the estimated time not before. For example, I ordered a smartphone as on 8th oct'22 on Amazon but till now it shows that Preparing for dispatch, its estimated delivery time is 14th Oct, 2022.

2 weeks ago we Booked 9 pro Plus in exchange offer that Delivery boy was not Coming till our Door step then we cancelled that And 1 week Before we booked GT Neo 3t that Delivery boy did the same thing he delivered a package in First Floor of my Building and he didn't came in My Floor then he called us on landmark we said no then that seller cancelled that Phone latter we booked Narzo 50 pro in Amazon he just Came till our door step without calling in this case Amazon Seems Better

You are 100% right, Amazon is 100 times better than flip kart, but from earlier they have improved 10℅ from earlier but they are very below as compared to amazon

because mera aaj tak flip pe koi bhi exchange accept nahi hua. but better deals and bahut saare product mujhe flip pe he milte hain to mein maximum flipcart se he buy karta oon. but jab bhi exchange karna hota hai koi phone to mujhe amazon ki he taraf jaana padta hai. and flipkart ek baar mera account block kar chuka hai. reason diya bada he betuka sa. meri shoping zayada ho gayee esa bataya. jabki me abhi 50k bhi nahi pahuncha ha.
