In this activity, students unwrap packages and use adjectives to describe the contents. The teacher encourages students to look closely at the object and use multiple, descriptive adjectives. Then, the students use the words in complete sentences.

Good activity. The unwrapping makes it special!

There is an easy-peasy way to make this genuine communication. (By genuine communication I mean the speaker is imparting information the listener doesn't have.) Just blindfold yourself!
Now, your questions are meaningful. You don't know what the answers are yet, so there's a genuine reason to ask. And the student knows something you don't, which is exciting for them. 
Of course, they may make mistakes in vocabulary, but this is primarily a grammar activity, and you can always correct mistakes once you see the object yourself.

Great job.

If I may add I would not use foil with smalls ones. They might not know they can cut themselves w it.

Ma'am can i use it in a teaching interview.😊
But there is not allowed to take things in interview room...😢
So how can i use it in another way..
I mean can i use these just on the basis of assumptions.🤔
