1) Morning routine - momentum is everything! Get up, take a cold shower, don't slack off, meditate. Just have a structured approach of what you want to do.
- Do the most difficult stuff in the morning.
- Don't give yourself the opportunity to slack off because otherwise, you will.


2) Clear structure -
- Macro structure: life goals + reverse engineer of the process.
Milestones: yearly, monthly, weekly.
- Micro structure: daily tasks and habits.


3) RYBRYM - Respect Your Body Respect Your Mind.
- You gotta be physically and mentally healthy.
It helps you to be postive, focused.
- You do it by meditation, being surrounded by positive people that can give you real feedback.
- Reading books to stimulate your mind and creativity, makes you think. Read biographies of people that are where you want to be to get the mindset that it's possible.
- Spend time outside, breathing air, going to the gym, eating nutritious food.
- Healthy body = Healthy mind =Better work.


4) Research your audience - (on a daily basis)
- Where is their attention?
- What are their problems?
- Engage, read comments, but don't get hung up on it.


5) Get a mentor and be coachable -
Nod and say "yes". Drop your fucking ego.


6) Execution - this is the magic pill.
