Thantifaxath were the first completely anonymous metal band I ever came across back in 2015, and they (along with the Icelandic band Misthyrming) were my introduction to avant-garde/dissonant black metal. Parts of this album reminded me of Deathspell Omega's 2007 classic FAS ite. Glad you enjoyed this record, Anthony!
