School is starting back up and the Biggest building truss install is back on! I need to utilize Cole before I lose him for the Summer! What used to be a one or two day job max, Truss Install day is now a process with the Biggest Building we have ever built so I am glad to have Cole's help!

What do you guys think of Cole's Tool Belt Reveal? It was all his idea and it kind of made me sick to see what was in his tool belt.

Great to hear Cole be so articulate and enjoying his summer job .. the experience he is having makes me so envious. Great young man, comes from great parenting.

Cole, always remember, Dad is not always right, but he is always Dad! Hope you two continue to have a good father/son relationship.

My son works with me full time. It's a fulfilling arrangement. I'm sure you feel the same way when Cole is available to help.

I asked my dad to teach me his trade nearly 40 years ago and when we worked together, it was the best feeling in the world.
Glad to see Cole up there enjoying himself.

Kyle, sorry to hear about your insulation at RRHQ, but I gleaned one thing that you may not have realized... you have such an awesome family! Helping you clean up?! That shows AWESOME family dynamics. Bravo.

It's great to see you working side by side with Cole it's a bond that will last a lifetime. When I started I was just a kid in grade school and I wanted to be as good as the men I worked with but, it takes time to develop skill and work smarts especially when you are getting pranked on a daily basis, I still have good memories of projects from decades ago even though the men I worked with are all gone.

There’s no question that Cole is your Son. He’s a clone of his dad. Big Thumbs up for you Cole. Good Luck in your next semester.

I grew up working for my dad in the Masonry business. I started just going with him when I was very young, playing in the sand pile with my metal Tonkas on small residential jobs. It's kind of funny how things changed. I'm almost 60 and my dad has been gone since 2010 and as I look back there was a natural progression and I woke up one day and we "changed" roles. I didn't realize it was happening as he was letting go and I was taking on more. No words were spoken, it just happened. My dad was my best friend.

You guys are so funny working together, but seriously it is super wholesome watching your father and son dynamic. It would have been so cool to know that I helped build something of such a monumental size at Cole’s age. Awesome job Cole! Absolutely love this channel.

👍👍👍 Big Thumbs Up to Cole. The trades are severely lacking in his generation, and seeing his willingness to learn gives a glimmer of hope for our future workforce 😊

I enjoyed this episode more than the others because of the banter you and your son had going back and forth. It was reminiscent of working with my son. We had ups and downs and as a father, I’d push him to always do better and to think outside the box. He would surprise me with ideas that worked and we would implement them. Soak up these days. They go fast and as my situation would be, you’ll never have another. I’ve enjoyed your channel for several years now and it’s something to see how far you’ve come.

Cole will be taking your company over one day with all the knowledge he is gaining working with the best builders. You and Greg have taught him a lot this summer.

Cole grows in confidence and ability every time we see him. He will make an excellent addition to RR in the future. Now I wish him best of luck for the coming academic year and I am sure he will nail his grades as well as he nails purlins. 😎✊

Good job Cole! I worked for my Dad before going into the Air Force at age 19. I treasure those days, especially since he is no longer with us. Good luck to you.

I think you should do a series where you build a house for Greg
