I will do my talks like that. I find the close up talks really deep, compassionate and connecting. I know you must experiment to find the right way for you. Thank you so much Rob for another great video! Well, to all that it might concern🙂I'll put it out briefly why I'm 100% sure that I WILL complete my New Year's resolutions in 2023. Just because I will be 100% committed to them this time, not You've probably heard this proverb: "99% is a bitch. 100% is a breeze". So in my opinion in order to succeed in accomplishing your New Year's resolutions and NEVER give up one should be 100% committed and 100% confident that what he is doing is ABSOLUTELY right and have ZERO doubts about himself or the goals he has set. Then it will be a breeze🙂And of course no need to set unrealistic goals as your New Year's resolutions otherwise there is no wonder that you end up giving up on them sooner or later😄IMO it's way better to set maybe some smaller more humble but quite doable goals and achieve them and then a year later with increased confidence as a result of success set new more demanding New Year's resolutions, thus you will have a greater chance of achieving them. Then a year later again the same thing. And this way I'm sure there is a big chance to eventually build a much better version of you and quite successful live as a result. it's way better than set the same way too tough (at least at this stage of your personal development) goals and fail each and every year😄OK, Merry Christmas everyone and cheers from Russia!🥳

Hi Rob, I have only just found you and started watching talks you did a few yrs ago, I love the older talks you did because the camera was closer to your face and the power is in your eyes.. The genuine, deepness you share comes through your caring eyes. The camera angle on this one is not so good for me anyway... Whats with the side view? why copy the others? Your eyes are the power...
