I remember reading this in the manga.
I was really tires of genos losing always a arm at the start of the battle. So when garou cut his arm off i was like "o my god genos, no again" an then that happens...i was like fuking finally reatacheable parts.

One thing you have to appreciate, is the level of consistency with how powerful S-Rank heroes are. The Hierarchy system in the series is one of the best I've ever seen.
