LiSA and Kalafina are both signed under Sony Music. Larger company, easier/guaranteed pay, but an obvious lower payment.
Choucho is signed under Lantis. Also a considerably larger music company, but tougher situations and a lot more competitive. Higher pay, but shorter hype. Not much of a guaranteed pay, and you gotta start your way bottom to top. It's purely from dedication.
