It's the ongoing litigation dragging V down; a judge just rejected their settlement plan that they had spent years working on. They are also square in the crosshairs of congress and the FTC for 'junk' fees, anti-competition, etc. This stock has been trading sideways for years now. The biggest things it seems to have going for it is a healthy stock repurchase program and the fact that it is a Warren Buffet favorite and he always seems to add to his position when the shares go on sale. It will be interesting to see if it gets below 250 this week.
