Olive oil is the best to use for your nails. My mum has been oiling her nails since the 1940s! They’re thick, long and could be used to climb a mountain without becoming damaged!! She pours it into a small dish and sits her nails in for 5 mins before rubbing in

Love the video, to help with nails I recommend castor oil, just buy one in stores or online from Amazon and rub it in your nails up to 4 times a day and it really helps to grow and strengthen the nail xx
