Part of what makes Pepsi appealing over Coke is their food business (Lay's, Doritos, Quaker). They also own 8.5% of $CELH, if people want exposure to that without buying it directly. Pepsi is tough because I think a lot of investors will just see a forward PE around 20 and not expect to see it get much cheaper than that, so it might not go lower, but if you value it off the future cash flows and earnings growth, Paul is probably right that it's probably still expensive. Massive moat though, so people will pay a premium for that.

Coke actually has a ~17% stake in Monster. May not have been bought out but absolutely in Coke’s stable.

The problem with just buying stuff at or near 52 week lows and hoping for a turnaround is you never when they will turn around. Stocks can sit down there for years like T and MMM. Trying to buy stuff at lows when ignoring other sectors that are ripping will not get you the gains to beat the market.

Love that you're actually talking about 3 stocks on my watch list. I've been telling people for over a year that Intel is a secret dark horse. It's going to do awesome things when those investments in the company start to materialize.

how do you feel about HTZ, RIVN, or LAZR? i do not see them going anywhere in the next 7-10 years, and all three stocks are selling at or around all time lows. just wanted to hear your 2 cents about those stocks, and if you would ever consider adding them to your portfolio.

This seems like the worst period.
Even the market are now very unpredictable. Started investing recently when the market prices were a bit high, today I am more than 60% down!

Would love to see you guys analyze ATD, it’s a boring gas station/convenience store business with amazing returns

I discovered that Monster was actually a stock recently and was amazed at their metrics... and even moreso at how cheap the stock was. Bought it instantly, I know this brand for a long time now and they're almost everywhere I look. Sponsoring great stuff too.
Pepsi is a strong brand but I think they have a problem with cost management, the only thing that grew their revenue was increasing prices.

Monster rated F (A-F) grade scale by Schwab. Thats really bad. Is that for Holding? If I'm day trading then does that grade no matter to me? But what do I know I'm still learning.

You should do a comparison of the soft drinks ... COKE, PEP, MNST ... Dr Pepper

Thank you so much for the information on INTC. Seems like it was worth a shot in my diversified portfolio, so I purchased 10 shares. We shall see if INTC gets turned around.

I loved diet pepsi back when it used sucralose over aspartame. Then a few years ago they switched back to aspartame. Now it's definitely Coke > Pepsi

Good observation, PEP, MNST, KDP and CELH should be grouped as a tag team of drink. KO is like a snail with no movement. INTC will be the moment when it figures out how to capture human brain thinking wave to surpass AI

The stock market just signaled that the ongoing rally is broadening and has more room to run. Hence what are the best stocks to buy now or put on a watchlist? I’ve been trying to grow my portfolio of $260K for sometime now, my major challenge is not knowing the best entry and exit strategies... I would greatly appreciate any suggestions.

Buy Coca-Cola shares and you will have a 15-20% part in Monster as well. Coca-Cola bought a lot of shares of Monster in 2015.
