How to evolve charcadet into Ceruldege in Pokémon Violet!
🔹 Step no 1, catch yourself a Charcadet. This is a rather rare Pokémon to find but when you travel north of Cortondo, you will have good chances to encounter one in the wild!
🔹 Step no 2, collect a total of 10 Sinistea chips, these will be given to you when you defeat wild Sinistea or Polteageist.
🔹 Step no 3 go to Zapapico and find the a woman wearing a red shirt and a jacket next to the small fountain. She will offer you a set of Malicious Armor in exchange for your 10 Sinistea Chips.

🔹 Once you have the malicious Armor, go to the 'Others' tab in your inventory and use it on Charcadet, which will now evolve into Ceruledge.

There are a few guaranteed spots in the game but they are very obscure. In Scarlet for Armarouge, get 10 Bronzor pieces and then go to the trader in Zapapico to get the Auspicious Armor. In Violet, get 10 Sinistea chips, go to Zapapico at the same spot and a different trader NPC will appear, giving you the Malicious Armor. Depending on the nature of your Charcadet, you will likely choose one armor over the other if you plan to build a competitive team. You want attack for Ceruledge (Malicious Armor) and Special Attack for Armarouge (Auspicious Armor). Alternatively go for speed to get priority in battle. This knowledge will be good for certain nuzlockes, so stay sharp.

It was literally my first outbreak so after dealing with 30 I was over it. If it was actually rare that is kinda lame I just stumbled on a outbreak of them almost immediately after leaving the school

Eat a meal with encounter power fire at those Chinese style places(theres one in Levincia and one in Cascarrafa), then go to a spawn location with them like Tagtree Thicket or to the cliff east Porta Marinada. It's basically a guaranteed batch.
