In the latest one ui version, even if you are able to access notification panel on lock screen you cannot enable/disable all the important options like data, wifi, hotspot, Bluetooth etc. So I guess this is not required now. 😊

The first thing that happens after a mobile is stolen is that the person will mute the ring tone from the drop down and I've honestly ever found one inbuilt feature to disable that option. Shame on samsung

or you can go to secure lock settings and select lock network and security option. but it will not hide status bar..it will prevent to turn on and off mobile data and wifi etc

Well i have exact opposite problem..i want to unblock Control panel. Everytime when i try to disable Data i have to unlock the screen first which is annoying.
