Horrible pan... it stains easily especially if you cook with soy sauce and eggs start sticking after about 4 to 8 weeks.. their best pans though are the Bialetti Mineral DS Pans with Textured Nonstick Steel Blasted Surface, I have the 8" and 10" Black with the silver colored handels... BEST NON STICK PANS I'VE EVER USED and I've tried them all!
