I was a SU demo for 17 years but I hit a creative wall. I resigned from SU and discovered a massive papercrafting world. As I explored it my creative joy returned. I wish you joy and blessings in your journey!

I left SU at the end of November then joined CTMH. Well, 3 months later is when CTMH announced they were closing and working a deal with SU. I was devastated. That's when I went completely independent, and I am having a fun time being able to demonstrate with whatever I want and having that creative freedom without having to go by someone else's rules. You go Wendy!

I was a Stampin Up! Demonstrator up for 10 years. During that time, I was told that I could go to craft shows, but I could never sell anything that I had made using StampinUp! products or sell any stamps sets at the craft show. However, I could sell catalogs.

I had to use their logos for table coverings and had to follow strict guidelines for displays. After 10 years, all the stamps sets and designs start looking the same with just a tweak or two added. I just decided it wasn’t worth it anymore. You go girl! Welcome to the new creative you!

Good on you. I was a S demonstrator and felt the same as you. Good luck, there is a big crafting world out there that sell much better products that are also a lot cheaper. I never buy SU anymore

Good luck Wendy! You should never be restricted on your creativity. I like some of Stamping Up but not all of their designs as well. I believe their stamps are getting too expensive for my budget. There are so many other companies creating awesome cards. Enjoy!

I, too, left years ago. It was getting financially hard to maintain required level. I like using other products from different companies w/o restrictions. That's freedom & creativity. Go with your creativeness with any unlimited brand!

SU is a gateway drug into cardmaking. Many started there but I do get the creative part. I have ventured out and have enjoyed the other offerings.
