Anger comes from rejection and abandonment. If you haven't felt it, you don't know. I had to take anger management classes in middle school because, despite my amazing grades, I felt abandoned by a father who did not keep me safe from a man that would later abuse me sexually as a child. My father left when I was a baby, leaving my mother pregnant with my brother and alone. I had to deal with it through prayer, anger management, and soon after, alcohol abuse. I lost my mother at 18 and was left with a child of my own, then 2 yrs old. I would later on, at 19, stop drinking, find a way to channel my anger, and find my worth. I met my husband at 21 and we married 7 years later. We have three children together, three from previous relationships. You never know where a person's mindset is at a point in time. People must grow. ❤

Abuse as a child brings adult depression, aggression, hostility, anger, fear, anxiety disorders, and personality disorders. U can still be a functioning individual but the pain never fades.
