Schiff: McCarthy, Jordan ‘acting like criminal defense attorneys’ for Trump

“It is deeply concerning that Congress would try to interfere in the administration of justice,” says Rep. Adam Schiff on House Republicans targeting the Manhattan DA. “You better believe I’m going to use my position on that [Judiciary] committee to fight against the efforts to undermine the rule of law.”

Remember the 147 Congressmen/women who OBJECTED to the Electoral College Certification process? They tried this scheme even AFTER the attack on the very room they are in! The Constitution has a stipulation of when that law is to be enacted on 1/6. The 147 GOP members wanted to DELAY and HINDER the process from finishing on 1/6 and make it 1/7, and then they could claim foul as it wasn't done in time.
Seditious conspiracy occurs when two or more people in the U.S. conspire to “overthrow, put down, or to destroy by force” the U.S. government, or to levy war against it, or to oppose by force and TRY TO PREVENT the execution of any law. If convicted, it’s 20 years behind bars.
They should all be charged with Seditious Conspiracy! They should no longer be in office but in jail!
