Rocket Lab launches second batch of Nasa's Tropics (Time-Resolved Observations of Precipitation structure and storm Intensity with a Constellation of Smallsats) mission from Mahia, New Zealand.

According to Nasa, Tropics is a constellation of CubeSats designed to observe tropical cyclones from low Earth orbit.
