I think casting Chris Evans as the Human Torch in D&W was the right move. Michael B. Jordan's Human Torch came from a movie that was a flop, and was bad overall, so I doubt audiences connected Jordan with that character. Had they brought him to cameo Killmonger it would be another story altogether since that character is a favorite with fans. Chris Evans cameo also worked because everyone was expecting Captain America, and not Johnny from the Fantastic Four, which gave his appearence strong entertainment value when the twist of his true character was revealed.
