I’m having an issue with coffee grounds coming out into the cup! I have ordered a descale kit as I am sure it is long over due for me. But would you reuse the solution the 2nd time considering I have coffee grounds in mine?! Or should I just use the 2 descale sachets in the kit?

it seems i do something wrong. i follow your guide, but when i press both buttons it just uses one to flush the chamber instead of going into descaling mode.

Any brand of kitchen Citric Acid powder or solution will work.
