I have been a die hard Reds fan all my life. My Dad was also and my three brothers. Somethings never change. The Reds batters are not patient enough at the plate. You got to hit his mistake and leave those in the dirt and those a foot outside alone. Same ole thing game after game. Come on guys you are better than what you have been showing. We have a young team that needs to learn patience period!!!

I love my red legs for life and until death but we are not making a post season run with these batting averages. We have to be able to hit. We are the 5th worst in the league. I know the bullpen is meh and the starting pitching can be inconsistent at times but we still need bats. I'm glad they got the W but I fear the bats will not improve in time

Soon there will be a push to automate umps and replace them with robots using AI to set the strike zone and monitor all pitches. That will be a sad day for baseball.
