In this video, I am doing an in-depth fundamental analysis of Prakash Pipes Limited. Broadly the analysis is in two parts. In the first part, I tried to decode the business model of the company and explained the competitive strengths and the risks involved. prakash industries 3 corporate governance issues in past 2 are still not closed. some IT and ED cases involved.
coal issues already covered that also.
industry shift is going on towards cpvc pipes but this company not in cpvc segment. company saying they will come into cpvc but in results not reflected . tracking from last 3qtr .
