Capturing a Corporate Event

Hello, thanks for this video! I am about to photograph my first corporate event at the Convention Center in San Diego this year. I am wondering about where you place your off camera flashes. Do you ever have to move them or do you place them in one spot throughout the event. I also wanted to know if you ever use backdrops for headshots and if so, what would you recommend as a white background for a maximum group or about 8 or 9 people. Thank you!

I’m so much impressed by your ways of photographing in the events. By the way I have couple of questions regarding your lenses and on and off cameras lights flashes Types connectivity and settings I’m an amateur but highly interested to be a good photographer for both portraits and event photography. Hope you will not mind helping me out thanks
